From Montreal
Highway 40 Est, toward Trois-Rivières, 2 nd exit for Yamachiche (Exit 180). At the
flashing lights (village) continue straight on 153. Drive for about 12 km. Not long after
a hill, where there is a small bridge, turn right on Bournival road towards St-Thomas-
de-Caxton (from the village, it is the first road on your right). The sugar house is on your
right, 800 meters down the road.
From Shawinigan, Trois-Rivières or Québec.
Highway 55, take exit St-Thomas-de-Caxton (Exit 196). Drive 3 km towards St-Thomas-de-
Caxton. After the 4 th country road turn left and drive for another 100 meters. Make a
right on St-Thomas-de-Caxton road and drive about 4 km. At the end of the road, turn
right, cross the village and follow the winding road until the end (4 km). On top of the
high hill you will reach Grande Rivière Nord road. Turn right. The sugar house is on your
left, 500 meters down the road.
